The Rasputitsa Gravel Road Race is arguably one of the biggest and most iconic gravel races in the Northeast. It started in 2014 out of Newport, VT, with a mere 300 riders. Now, the race has grown to over 1,000 riders and now starts out of East Burke, VT, a better fit to accommodate the needs of the race. The riding in this area is phenomenal. East Burke is home to Kingdom Trails so bring both bikes for the weekend and enjoy the variety. This ride should take most people between 3-4 (if done NOT in mud season).
Parking: Plenty of it in downtown East Burke or at Burke Mountain Hotel.
